Thyroidism
Maybe this is what my problem is? Hypothyroidism, or a slow thyroid. Advice: get good sleep (go to bed by 10 duh!), eat right (no more cookies), exercise and get sunlight. Also, vitamins, especially vitamin B complex, D-3, iodine(such as kelp) and as always vitamin C the "wonder pill". Did the Lord know what He was talking about when He gave us a Word of Wisdom? And did He say for the weakest saints referring to our siritual or physical health?
